Pioneer Mid-Continent employees provide valuable support for several United Way fundraising campaigns.
United Way is a leadership and support organization with community-based chapters in 45 countries and territories around the world. Its mission is to foster healthy, involved and compassionate communities where no one is in need, advancing the common good by making lasting and measurable changes that improve lives. This makes the organization a perfect partner for Pioneer, who works to make the community a better place to live.
Each year, the Hutchinson County United Way sponsors a "Day of Caring," an opportunity for individuals to volunteer their services to help members of the community through charitable activities. Pioneer employees from the Texas Panhandle contribute their time to the cause, helping others in need.
In addition to volunteer work, employees also provide monetary support to the United Way chapters in Potter/Randall County in Amarillo and Canyon, Texas; Moore County in Dumas, Texas; and Hutchinson County in Borger, Texas. Pioneer hosts a variety of special events, inspiring employees to give back to their communities through financial donations, which are then matched dollar-for-dollar by the company.
Together, United Way and Pioneer work to create positive, perceptible change in their communities while improving the lives of others.
At the helm of Pioneer’s success is a knowledgeable and experienced management team and Board of Directors.
