Retired Vice President and Treasurer, Exxon Mobil Corporation
Frank Risch became a Director of the company in August 2005. Risch joined Exxon Corporation in 1966 as a financial analyst in New York and subsequently held various positions in finance, planning, marketing and general management with ExxonMobil and its operating affiliates in the U.S. and abroad for nearly 38 years. He retired in July 2004 as Vice President and Treasurer (and Principal Financial Officer) of ExxonMobil.
Risch holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Pennsylvania State University and a Master of Science in Industrial Administration from Carnegie Mellon University. He is a member of the Business Board of Advisors of the Tepper School of Business at Carnegie Mellon University. Risch is active in civic and community organizations, serving as Life Trustee of the Dallas Theater Center; Ex Officio Immediate Past Chair of the Board of Communities Foundation of Texas; and member of the Boards of Dallas CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates), HIAS International, and an officer and director of the Dallas Holocaust Museum. He is a member of Financial Executives International.
